rapunzelitaWould anyone be willing to have a look at my personal statement for the University of Edinburgh? I think it's pretty good for now, I'm pretty much ready to send in my application (except I need to write up my Relevant Skills & Knowledge, gaaah.)
I've already garnered the opinion of a few people (fellow students and Jay, mostly), but I'd love another opinion -- especially the opinion of someone who knows what those are @_@ (No, we don't do personal statements in France. We have boring cover letters instead.)
I don't need anything in-depth, just a few comments. Basically I need to know whether it's convincing or not.
It's on GDocs, so really, really easy to just have a look at it. Feel free to drop your email in the (screened) comments.
